SERVPRO Owner Leslie Lemm Baldridge

As graduate of Seattle Pacific University, Leslie has had the pleasure of working in the Fire & Water damage restoration industry since 1995.She acquired her three franchises in 2008 and has been a top 100 franchise for the majority of these years. As a natural born leader Leslie is passionate about delivering consistent quality workmanship to the community we serve and is dedicated to nurturing and promoting great experiences and opportunities for her team. With the utmost integrity and business ethics Leslie is most passionate to help those in need; serving thousands of customers and supporting community nonprofits, local schools and first responders.

Project Manager Chris Verellen

Chris joined the SERVPRO team in 2019 with 25 years of experience in transportation management. He has a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from Western Washington University. Chris holds his (WRT) Water Restoration Technician certification and has attended classes in Commercial Large Loss project management. Chris enjoys serving his customers and often is found cooking breakfast for crew members before busy days on the job commence. We are very grateful for his nurturing and positive attitude!

Billing Specialist Jenilee Knox

Jenilee comes from 18 plus years in the construction industry. She also has bookkeeping experience, office management experience and is a certified water technician. She is an expert at Xactimate and is looking forward to being involved with the auditing process. What she enjoys most about SERVPRO is being a part of her team. She likes to use her life experience and knowledge to assist her teammates in every way she can.

Accounting Manager Karen Harley

Karen has been a vital member of our SERVPRO team since we were established in 2008. Her experience has helped our company grow and expand over the years. Karen is a graduate of the University of California Irvine and a registered and licensed tax practitioner with 30 years of experience in the accounting field. We trust her with all of our accounting needs and are very grateful for her integral role in the company. Karen enjoys traveling in her free time.

Marketing Manager Courtney Olson

Courtney Olson is our Sales and Marketing Manager and has been with the SERVPRO of Lynnwood Team since 2012. She is a representative for the Insurance and Property Management industries and enjoys performing inspections for clients. Courtney holds her IICRC certifications in WRT and Biohazard Cleaning. In her free time she serves on the board committees for King County NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and WSCAI (Washington State Community Associations Institute).

Lead Technician Derek Howard

Derek started with our team in 2019 and has done an excellent job with making customers feel confident and worry-free. Derek has been a huge help during the COVID-19 decontamination projects and always goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is working toward his WRT certification and looks forward to assisting on many more job sites.

Technician Armando Noriega

Armando has been with our SERVPRO team since 2010, he is a very dedicated and loyal employee. From commercial to residential losses Armando has always been a reliable leader for our team and continues to impress us with his hard work and determination.

Kaya Wlazlak

Kaya is a recent graduate from the University of Washington with a degree in Communications. She grew up in Marysville, Washington, before moving to Seattle for her education and ultimately calling it home. Her extensive knowledge of the SERVPRO way dates all the way back to her uprising, with multiple family members being involved in the SERVPRO industry around her while growing up. Kaya’s own career at SERVPRO started in 2020, right after high school graduation, when spending a year in the office as an administrative assistant, and it has just recently picked back up with her rejoining our team in January 2025 as a Marketer on our Lynnwood team.

Kaya has a love for building community and relationships both within companies and around them in local communities. Kaya has a fresh outlook on social media and the presence we can bring to the online sphere; her positive outlook is something we can see in both her work and her relationships with others.

When Kaya’s not at work she enjoys seeing live music of all genres with her friends and family. She is a fan of outdoor sports; in the summer, you can catch her on the water, and in the winter, she’ll be up in the snow.
