Water Damage In Lynnwood Home

This Lynnwood, WA resident and fellow chamber member called our office in a panic when they arrived home from work. Water was cascading through a hole in their ceiling and they were frantic to find their water shut off valve. Our office manager was able to direct the homeowner to turn the water off and immediately dispatched a crew to begin extraction and drying. The customer was very pleased with the level of our service and appreciated how we worked seamlessly with their insurance company. When we wrapped up the job we left the customer with a water shut-off tag so the whole family could identify the valve should they have another emergency.
